How we use information
We use data to verify identity, process bookings, manage memberships, collect rent, handle support, coordinate maintenance, and keep homes safe.
Service providers
Supabase, Stripe, screening, income, e-signature, email, phone verification, and smart-lock providers process data only for FairRoom operations.
Member choices
Members can update profile details, notification preferences, payment methods, and support communication preferences from the dashboard.
