FairRoom memberships cover weekly rent, utilities, shared-home rules, maintenance access, payment obligations, and move-out expectations.
Bookings and payments
Every booking requires FairRoom admin approval before lease signing. Move-in fees, weekly rent, subscriptions, and dunning rules will be finalized before production.
House conduct
Members agree to quiet hours, guest rules, shared-space cleanliness, safety policies, and fair housing standards for multi-tenant homes.
Platform availability
This MVP wireframe uses mock providers. Production terms will reference live payment, screening, lease, and smart-lock workflows.
